Introduction

Welcome to our website. We built this place to make good, easy breakfasts accessible to everyone, and we want your time here to be simple, pleasant, and safe. These terms of use explain the ground rules for browsing and shopping with us. They are written in plain language, because we believe agreements should be understandable.

By using our website, you agree to these terms. They are straightforward, and they exist to protect both you and us — to make sure this stays a friendly, honest place to shop.

Using our website

Our website is here for you to browse, learn about our products, and place an order when something catches your eye. We invite you to explore at your leisure, compare flavors, and find the breakfast that fits your life.

Please use the site with respect — both for us and for other visitors. We built this place to be helpful and welcoming, and we ask that you help us keep it that way. If you ever have feedback about the site, we genuinely want to hear it. We are always trying to make the experience better.

Accounts and information

When you shop with us, we ask you to share a little information so we can get your order to you. Please provide accurate information when you place an order, so your oats end up at the right place and we can keep you updated along the way.

If you create an account with us, please keep your login details secure and do not share them with others. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, so a little care goes a long way. And as always, we treat the information you share with us with respect and care.

Purchases and payments

All prices on our website are listed in USD, and the price you see is the price you pay. We are transparent about our pricing, including our discounts of up to 70% off, and there are no hidden fees.

Payments are processed securely at checkout by trusted providers, and we do not store your card details on our systems. Free worldwide shipping is included on every order, with all duties and customs covered. If you ever have a question about a purchase or a charge, our Contact Us page is there for you.

Products and content

The products we sell are made to be enjoyed as part of a real, easy breakfast. The content on our website — the descriptions, the images, the words — is ours, and we ask that you enjoy it for personal, non-commercial use.

We put real thought into everything we publish, and we kindly ask that you do not copy, reuse, or redistribute our content or our product images for your own commercial purposes. Respecting our work helps us keep doing it.

Responsible use

We want our website to be a safe, friendly place for everyone. Please use it responsibly. That means no misusing the site, no attempting to disrupt how it works, no posting anything harmful, and no trying to access parts of the site that are not meant for you.

These rules are common sense, and they exist so that everyone — including you — can have a good experience. If you see something on the site that seems wrong or unsafe, please let us know. We want to fix it.

Disclaimers

We do our best to keep our website accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything on it is always perfect. Our products are provided as-is, and our content is meant to be informational.

We describe our oats honestly and we stand behind what we make, but individual results and experiences can vary. If you have a specific question about a product or a health consideration, we encourage you to reach out or consult an appropriate professional. We are happy to help with product questions anytime.
